Christine   Vos

Vos, Christine Christine (Tanis) Vos, age 79, of  Georgetown Township, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, October 31, 2014. She is now at peace after a 5 year struggle with dementia. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Vos, Sr. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Roger (Carole) Vos, Henry Jr. (Carole) Vos, Eileen (Glenn) Zwart, Russell (Patty) Vos; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, Ken (Wilma) Tanis; extended family; loyal friend, Tom Rhoda. Christine enjoyed her work helping the elderly at Porter Hills, and she kept active with sewing, Bible studies, and visiting with her grandchildren. Services will be held on Tuesday 2 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Drive SW. with Rev. Casey Freswick officiating.  Relatives and friends may meet the family from 1-2 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Metropolitan Choir of Praise or Spectrum Health Hospice.
