Christina Lynn Van Order

Christina Lynn Van Order, age 35, of Wyoming, was called to her heavenly home on January 9, 2018. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and “auntie yiyi” who loved her family. Christina was fun loving and humorous and always loved to be there for others. Following college, she became a medical assistant in the Grand Rapids area. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Isabel, Jessie, Lupita, Abby, and Bianca; the love of her life, Jesus Calderon; her mother, Pamela and Robert Mennes; her father, Robert and Pamela Van Order; her grandparents, Shirley Van Order, Linda Schweitzer; her sister, Angela Benthin; her brother, Nick and Courtney Van Order; her step brothers and sisters, Lameigh, Beka, Jacob, and Jordan Mennes; her loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. on Monday, January 15, 2018 at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf (corner of Avery and Scott) 6651 Scott St., Allendale with Pastor Steve Ritzema officiating. Relatives and friends may meet the family on Sunday from 2-6 p.m. at the funeral home. Those who wish to make a memorial contribution are asked to consider the needs of the family.

idk where to begin, my whole childhood is flooded with memories of you and Angela. the best times of my young life were spent with you ladies. you're big heart and warm smile are something i will always remember. you would've done anything for us then and I'm sure nothing had changed. even though time and distance have gone by I think of all the memories often and remember how much love we all had for each other.
