Christian John Engels

On Monday September 23, 2019, Chris Engels passed away at the age of 59. Chris was born on June 7, 1960 in Grand Rapids MI to Milton and Helen (Bolt) Engels. He received his high school diploma from Grandville High School in 1979 and worked for Keeler Brass and Serv U Success in Grand Rapids. Chris loved to travel with family, attend tractor pulls and drag racing events. Chris was preceded in death by his mother, Helen. He is survived by his father Milton Engels of Jenison, sister Mindy (Terry) Stickley of Dorr, their children Jennifer (Andy) Roon of Grand Rapids, Nicole (Josh) Herrema of Sturgis, Terry Jr. (TJ) Stickley of Dorr and Kelsey Stickley of Dorr. Also survived by his brother Joel (Angela) Engels of Jenison, Joel’s children Trenton, Jace, and Cassidy Engels of Otsego, MI. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at 4 pm. Family only in attendance.
