Chelsea Anne Belden, age 32, of Wyoming, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 17, 2023. Chelsea graduated from Rogers High School and worked at Charley’s at Anazeh Sands, where she also loved playing pool. The things she loved the most were spending time with her son, Greyson and helping people. Even in death she chose to give life to others through the Gift of Life organ donation program. She will be lovingly remembered by her son Greyson and his father, Nathan; step-son, Carter; parents, Carl and Heather Bauman; siblings: Jesse Stanton and Chantel Wright, Britany and Joshua Palazzolo, Morgan Cavender, Elijah Bauman, Keihze Gibson; nieces and nephews, Luna Palazzolo, Tyler Palazzolo; grandparents: Barbara Foster, Neale and Jeanne Bauman; many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends. Relatives and friends may meet the family Sunday from 2-5 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming. A Celebration of Chelsea’s life will follow at Charley’s at Anazeh Sands, 1339 28th St. SW, Wyoming. I went to middle and high school with Chelsea. I have a lot of good memories of her and she was always so nice and such a kind person. She will truly be missed so very much. Watch over all of us Chels ❤

Some of my earliest memories involve Chelsea. I remember having countless sleepovers at each others houses as young girls…we’d often draw pictures with our fingers on one another’s back and have to guess what the other drew. Chelsea was there when I experienced difficult times in life. She always had a smile on her face. From what I’ve seen in her adult life on Facebook, I could tell she was an amazing mom to her son and could see that he was her whole world. Rest in peace, Chels. Love you always!! Sending all of my love to her family and friends. She will live on in her son, in each of you, and the people she heroically saved. Look for her in the signs she will send you. She’s always there.

I will never forget our Birthday lunch at Dickey’s, after enjoying the lunch especially the company of the very special “Bauman” family that I was pleased to be a part of for a short time. As we were saying our good byes, I told Chelsea she was going to go home for a little while but would continue to be more and more uncomfortable and go to the hospital to deliver Greyson. I was right, it was a gift knowing you and I only wish it had been for much longer. My prayers to Carl and Heather and the entire family as you struggle through this grief, may God help you through and only bring smiles to you as you recall her beautiful life.
