Charles O. Vosburg, Sr.

Charles O. Vosburg, Sr., age 95, of Grand Rapids, went to be with his Lord on Saturday, December 2, 2023. Chuck was preceded in death by his first wife, Marlene; second wife, Betty; and third wife, Dorothy; grandson, Scott; great-grandchildren, Cretia, and Navin; and daughter-in-law, Cathee Vosburg. He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Gary and Carol Vosburg, Mark and Dianne Vosburg, Chuck Vosburg, Jr., Don and Sue Vosburg, Char and Gordon Bell, Cliff Mulder; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and sister, Ruth. Chuck served in the US Army and retired from General Motors after 35 years of service. Chuck enjoyed playing golf into his 90’s, visiting with family and friends who loved him too, and going for drives. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at Baldwin St. Christian Reformed Church, 2101 Baldwin St., Jenison with Pastor Don VanSlyke officiating. Burial will take place at Rosedale Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet the family Wednesday, December 6, from 6-8 pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW and from 10-11 am on Thursday prior to the service at the church. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Baldwin Street Christian Reformed Church Christian Education Fund.
