Charles Case

Charles Case, age 87, of Wyoming, went to be with the Lord and was reunited with the love of life, his wife Patricia of 62 years, on Sunday, March 7, 2021. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Ethel Weemhoff; brothers, Orville Case, Leroy Case. He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Michael and Susan Case, Conni and Scott Orndorf; grandchildren, Ryan and Channing Case, Sean Case, Ashlee and Gary Slanker; six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Charles proudly served his country in the US Army. He was a great friend to many, always welcoming and loving to all. Charles and Patricia spent their retirement years together traveling across the country. Charles loved everything about trains and enjoyed fishing. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 21, 2021 at 2 pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Pastor Dennis Gilbert officiating. Burial at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Conklin, MI will take place later in the spring with military honors. Relatives and friends may meet the family from noon to 2 pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW.
