BURGESS - Mr. Chad Michael Burgess, aged 31, of Sparta passed away unexpectedly Monday, November 1, 2010. He is survived by his wife, Sara (nee Mikula); daughter, Olivia; parents, Michael (Deb) Burgess, Sylvia (Marty) DeWitt; father and mother-in-law, Mark and Lori Mikula; grandparents, Norma Beckett, Theresa Johnson, Bob and Pat Ribbens, Helen Mikula, David DeWitt; brothers, Michael (Alicia) Burgess, Chris (Jenn) Burgess, David (Mandy) Gurtowsky, Martin DeWitt; sisters, Neily (Tim) Stolicker, Heather (Steve) Darlow; brother-in-law, Kurt Mikula; great friends, Bryan Foster; Matt Carpenter, Kevin Knuth; many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, November 6 at Orchard Hill Reformed Church, 1465 - 3 Mile Rd. NW. The family will greet relatives and friends Friday from 5 to 9 PM at the Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 1601 Post Dr. NE, Belmont.
