Potter, Celia "Gerri" POTTER: Celia “Gerri” Potter, age 71, of Holland, went to be with her Lord on Friday, October 21, 2011. She was preceded in death by her father, Roger James Van Zoren. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Warren and Tina Potter, Barbara and Mandy Mayans, Kevin and Tanya Potter, Karin and Tim Geldien; the father of her children, Jim Potter; 15 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; her mother, Evalyn Van Zoren; 3 sisters; 4 brothers; many nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held Tuesday at 5 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home, (corner of Scott and Avery) 6651 Scott St., Allendale. Interment Allendale Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday from 3-5 pm at the funeral home. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the American Stroke Foundation.

Aunt Gerri will be missed greatly, her laughing and cracking up with you was so much fun. Remember all the early days when uncle jim and her were together it was alot of fun. She was a great lady. Grandma Gerri, I love and miss you so much. You were our Rock. You raised a great bunch of kids and grand-kids. Because of you we are strong, kind, loving, and rarely outspoken.
