Catherine Marie Wolf

Catherine Marie Wolf of Walker, Michigan passed away peacefully on April 24, 2022. Catherine was preceded in death by her parents, Frederick Morrison Daniel Turner, Jr., Jean Marie Peterson; and her sister-in-law, Roxann Turner. Catherine was born in Los Angeles, California where she resided until 1965. Catherine lived in Reno, Nevada and was a Blackjack dealer prior to moving to Michigan. Hence, her love to play cards and Win!! Her surviving siblings are David (Dawn) Turner and their girls, of Maryland; Michael (Roxann) Turner; niece, Tracy of Colorado, and John (Karen) Turner of California; and her nephews, Daniel (Megan) Turner, Stephen and Kevin; her best friends, Rebecca Palmer Rowe, Deb Horrell Groenveld, and Deb Spuller, who graciously offered to care for Catherine while on Hospice, so Cathy could pass comfortably in her own home. Cathy had no children other than her loves, Grace and Melody, her beloved cats who passed prior to her in death. Cathy loved music. Her last career was “Karaoke by Kate.” Our children here in Michigan call her Rock and Roll Aunt Cathy!! Cathy was an excellent needle pointer and loved to get together to play board games or just to enjoy each other’s company. She will be dearly missed!!!
