Caroline Ann Hull

Caroline Ann Hull, age 68, passed away peacefully at her home in Grand Rapids, Michigan on June 5, 2025, surrounded by her family. Born on March 27, 1957, in Detroit, Michigan, Caroline grew up in Fraser, where she developed the caring nature that would define her life. She earned her nursing degree from Grand Valley State University and was a proud GVSU alumna throughout her life.

Caroline dedicated her career to caring for others. She worked as a Director of Critical Care and later as a Nurse Case Manager, roles in which her compassion, steady presence, and leadership touched countless lives.

In recent years, Caroline faced Alzheimer’s disease with the same quiet strength and grace that she showed in every part of her life. Her love for her family never wavered, and she continued to bring comfort and joy to those around her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Frances Bowman, and her sister, Kathy True.

She is survived by her loving husband, Chris; her son, Adam, and his wife Angelica; her cherished granddaughters, Jade and Layla; her siblings, Patty Bullis, Sue Wojciechowski, and Tom Bowman; and a wide circle of extended family and friends who will deeply miss her warmth, wisdom, and care.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Kentwood), located at 4646 Kalamazoo Ave SE, Kentwood, MI 49508. A second viewing will take place on Friday, June 13, at 10:00 AM at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church, followed by a funeral mass at 11:00 AM. The church is located at 1253 52nd St SE, Kentwood, MI 49508.

Caroline’s legacy of love and care will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
