Workman, Carol L. Carol L. Workman, age 63, of Grandville, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Friday, August 8, 2014.  She was born February 9, 1951 in Grand Rapids to Herman and Nellie (Talsma) Workman.  Carol graduated from Lee High School and went on to work as an accountant at Guardsman Chemical and later retired from Michigan Coatings.  She is survived by her sisters, Sandra Workman, and Pat Workman; brother, Terry and Lisa Workman; nephew, Joshua; and niece, Kasey. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, 11 AM at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Drive SW with Rev. Rick Oppenhuizen officiating.  Interment Rest Lawn Memorial Park.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Wednesday from 10-11 AM prior to the service at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to AMVETS Post 23.
