Carol L. Schipper, age 82, of Grandville, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 6, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernie, on April 19, 2020.  Carol loved to spend time with her family and loved to travel with Bernie and many other dear friends who shared their adventures. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Robert Schipper, Debra and Thomas Jurries; grandchild, Steven Jurries and his fiancée, Amber Rookus; sisters, Berdina and Eldon Troyer, Arlene York; brother-in-law, Ed and Grace Schipper; nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.  A private graveside service was held at Georgetown Township Cemetery.  A Celebration of Life Service for Carol and Bernie will be announced at a later date. The family wishes to thank the staff of Sheldon Meadows and Spectrum Health Hospice for the wonderful care they provided to Carol, especially in these final days since Bernie passed.
