Carol Elaine Boven, age 78, of Hudsonville, was called to her heavenly home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, December 4, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Wayne; her infant daughter, Cindy; and brother, Richard Euwema. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be lovingly remembered by her children, Jim and Denise Boven, Vickie and Dale Vink, Susan and Patrick Maioho; grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Alden and Bethanie Boven (Hadley, Harper), Lainey, and Lexi Boven, Taylor and Isaac DeVries, Emily, Joshua, and Caleb Vink, Simon, and Audrey Maioho; sisters-in-law, Agnes Euwema, Gayle Garbrecht; nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11 am Thursday, December 8, 2022, at Messiah Christian Reformed Church, 2900 Springdale, Hudsonville with Pastor Nate Meldrim officiating. Burial Grandville Cemetery.
