Carol Ann Fosburg

Carol Ann Fosburg, age 86, of Byron Center, went to be in the arms of the Lord on Wednesday, September 27, 2023. Carol was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was born in Chicago and delighted in traveling. Carol had a passion for serving and volunteering, dedicating her time to the UAW and her church for many years. She enjoyed spending abundant summers at East Lake with her friends and family. In the winter, Carol and Gary loved going to Florida to enjoy the warm weather. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Fosburg. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Cheryl (Ed) Willie, Michael (Patti) Taylor; step children, Larry (Kim) Fosburg, David (Rhonda) Fosburg, Scott (Christine) Fosburg; grandchildren, Nick Willie, Brian Willie, Shawn Willie, Amber Cegelis, Joel Taylor, Brett Taylor, Cory Fosburg, Paige Tozer, Michael Fosburg, Keri Martin, Sara Krieger, Brooke Friedt, Cameron Fosburg; several great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Gaytha Montgomery; half siblings, Linda (Michael) Delaney, Paul (Brita) Kaiser, Keith (Bonnie) Kaiser; many nieces and nephews; and lifelong friend, Thelma Hartsuiker. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11am on Wednesday, October 4 at St. John Vianney Church, 4101 Clyde Park Ave SW, Wyoming with Rev. John Vallier officiating. Entombment will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Relatives and friends may meet the family on Wednesday from 10-11am at the church before services.
