WICKER - Mr. Carl E. Wicker aged 86 of Wyoming passed away Friday, October 28, 2016. He was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Michael Bloom; grandchildren, Chad Michael Rickert and Caitlyn Elizabeth Bloom; great grandson, Michael Levi Rickert. Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Jennie; children, Dr. Jessica Rickert (William Strait), James Rickert, Garrett Rickert, Levi (Sheri) Rickert, Deborah Bloom, Nancy (David) Krogmann; 15 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
