Carl Russo Jr, age 80, of Wyoming passed away Saturday, April 2, 2016. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia; 3 brothers, Joe, Pete, Ken. He is survived by his children: Carl (Linda) Russo, Tom (Lorrie) Russo, Debbie (Sam) Russo, Mike (Debby) Russo; grandchildren, Jason (Cari), Jeffrey,Tara (Cody), Mitchell, Sherry, Melissa (Brian), Anna, Mary, Lauren, Connor; 5 great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Lorraine Russo, Alice Russo, Dorothy Nardin; many nieces and nephews. Carl proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict. He enjoyed retirement after many years as a tile mechanic. Carl was an avid Detroit Lions fan. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, April 7, 11:00 at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 1630 Godfrey SW, Wyoming with Rev. Stephen Dudek, Celebrant. Relatives and friends may join the family for visitation at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park, (Wyoming) on Wednesday, April 6 from 4:00 – 8:00 pm, with a vigil beginning at 7:00 pm. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Spectrum Health Hospice.

I am truly sorry for your loss. Junior was a great guy. I remember when he would come to Columbus to visit. My mother loved him. He will be missed. Know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Jackie
