Brehm Barber

Brehm Barber, age 59, of St. Petersburg, FL, passed peacefully into the arms of his Savior on Sunday night, April, 17, 2016.  Brehm was born in Grand Rapids, MI on April 23, 1956.  He graduated from Grand Rapids Christian High School and later received an Associate’s Degree from Grand Rapids Junior College. He worked for Shoreline Container and Quality Energy. He loved boating and exploring the beaches and the woods of Northern Michigan.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Marion Barber.  He is survived by his wife, Helain and her children, Jared and Melissa Katzman (and their son, Brody), Lee Katzman and Wendy Wu, Michelle Katzman; father, Homer Barber; brothers, Jim and Viki Barber, Mark and Karen Barber; sister, Mary and David Follett; 14 nephews and nieces. A memorial services will be held on Tuesday 11 am at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW, with Rev. Jack Stulp officiating.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday from 10-11am at the funeral home prior to the service.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to World Renew.
