Bonnie Marie LaVelle

Bonnie Marie LaVelle, age 88, of Wyoming, passed away peacefully and went to her heavenly home with her husband on Tuesday, April 1, 2025.  Bonnie loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She also enjoyed camping, golfing, and supporting the Detroit Tigers.  

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas John LaVelle; grandson, Bryan LaVelle; sisters and brothers: Bill (Barb) Larabel, Peg (Harold) Oppeneer, Jean (Norm) Heileman, Bob Larabel.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Tom (Laura) LaVelle, Scott LaVelle, Kathy Wolford, Jim (Michaela); grandchildren: Jason (Heather) LaVelle, Anthony LaVelle, Nick LaVelle, Sean LaVelle, Shannon (Chris) Sheehan, Amanda Wolford, Stacey Wolford, Stephanie Remington, Veronica Sdunek; 16 Great grandchildren; brother, Dale (Joann) Larabel; special friend, Larry Robach; many nieces and nephews.  

Relatives and friends may meet the family Friday, April 4, 2025, from 12:30-1:00 p.m. in the Chapel at Resurrection Cemetery, 4100 Clyde Park Ave SW, Wyoming, followed by a committal service at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. John Vallier presiding. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Hospice of West Michigan.  The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff of Story Point, Hospice of West Michigan and Corso Care for their loving care of Bonnie.
