Beverly Langerak

Beverly Ann (Kamphuis) Langerak, age 74, of Walker, was called home to her Lord and Savior on Saturday, December 4, 2021. Bev was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who dearly loved her family. She had a servant’s heart and blessed many people with her gift of baking, cooking, and knitting. She served her Lord with her time and talents in many ways including volunteering at both her church and schools. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 56 years, James; children, Steve and Brenda Langerak, Mark and Elizabeth Langerak, Sharla and Scott Moelker, Jamie and Mary Langerak, Brad and Esther Langerak, Kelly and Tom Barnhill; 28 grandchildren, and one in glory; nine great-grandchildren; siblings, Phyllis King, Roger Kamphuis, Don and Mary Kamphuis, John and Sally Kamphuis, Dan Kamphuis, Tom and Irene Kamphuis; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Harry and Evelyn Langerak, Don and Judy Langerak, Ed and Lois Langerak, Sue and Larry French, Carol and Gary Steensma, Henry and Terri Langerak, ToniLynn Deemter, Mike and Rose Langerak; and many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at 11 a.m. at Grace Protestant Reformed Church, 11225 8th Ave. NW, Grand Rapids, with Rev. William Langerak officiating. The burial will take place at Rosedale Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday, December 7, from 6-8 p.m. at Grace Protestant Reformed Church and Wednesday from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service at the church.
