Betty Shuck

SHUCK - Mrs. Betty E. Shuck aged 85 passed away, Wednesday, October 30, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth; daughter, Wendy Plude; grandson, Matthew; great granddaughter, Morgan. Surviving are her sons, David (Cheryl) Shuck, Duane (Cindy) Shuck; son-in-law, David Plude; grandchildren, Carrie and Adam Plude, Joel (Chandra) Shuck, Aaron (Heather) Shuck, Candice (Justin) Conlon, Jared (Erica) Shuck and Thomas Shuck; great grandchildren, Wyatt, Loryn, Cassidy and Javin; sisters, Violet (Clinton) Schovey, Diane Caires; several nieces and nephews. Betty graduated from Godwin High School in 1946 and later was a short order cook at the old Howard Johnson's on 28th St. She was a faithful follower of Christian living, a lifelong Jehovah's Witness. Betty was baptized in 1950 and served her God Jehovah till the end. A memorial service will be held 5:00 PM Saturday, November 9, 2013 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, 4101 - 52nd St. SW, Grandville.
