ACHTYES- Mrs. Bertha L. Achtyes (nee Zylstra) of Wyoming, passed away at the age of 82 on her birthday. Bertha was preceded in death by her husband, Gerrit Achtyes. Surviving are her daughter, Lori (Robert) Beak; grandchildren, Patrick Beak, Brooke Beak; brothers-in-law, Ron (Sharon) Achtyes; sisters-in-law, Carolyn Peevy, Sharon (Wendell) VanEtt, Linda (Mike) Idema; several nieces and nephews. Bertha's family will greet relatives and friends Wednesday, December 28, 2016 from 5PM to 8PM at Stegenga Funeral Chapel- Wyoming, 3131 S.
