Bert John Stolk, age 92, went to be in the arms of the Ultimate Carpenter on Tuesday, June 23, 2020.  Bert was preceded in death by his first wife, Marian (Spoelstra); and second wife, Harriet Guikema; stepsons, Henry, Louis, and Jim Guikema. Bert is lovingly remembered by his children, Barbara and Donald Wohlgemuth, Jane and Michael Ritsema; grandchildren, Jeff and Monica, Kyle, Brett and Rachel Wohlgemuth, Aaron and Callie, Marcus and Jenna, Jordan and Jodi Ritsema, Rachel and Brian Dokter; 19 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Mur and Gord Brumels, Louise Straayer, and Peg Stolk; step-children, Judy and Jim VanderMay, Connie Rietberg, Sue Brown; many step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.  The family is grateful for the wonderful care from Rose Garden, Emmanuel Hospice, and Faith Community Church.
