Barbara Kooistra

Barbara Lee Kooistra, age 82, of Hudsonville, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Robert Lambe; and grandson, Ian Beltz.  She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 64 years, Ralph; Kathy Lambe, Ralph Jr. and Laurie Kooistra, Monda and Mark Wyma, Tasha and Mark Postma, Caroline and Kevin Timmer; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Ron and Deb Kooistra; and several nieces and nephews. Throughout her life, she especially loved spending time with her children and grandchildren and serving at her church. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Friday, April 4, 2025 at Hanley Christian Reformed Church, 372 Jackson St. SW, Grandville, 49418 with Pastor Joseph Vanden Akker officiating. Burial will take place at Winchester Cemetery. Relatives and friends may visit with the family from 10-10:45 am at the church prior to the service. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Emmanuel Hospice or Hanley Christian Reformed Church.
