Barbara J. Semon, age 83, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Sunday, May 22, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, William; parents, Ivan and Florence Bieber; son, Robert; several brothers and sisters. She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, William Semon and Bruce Semon; sister, Sue Hawthorne, brother, Terry Eldridge; several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Barb was a warm, loving, caring wife and mother. Barb worked for Grand Rapids Public Schools for over 20 years. She enjoyed collecting commemorative coins and stamps. A committal service will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens on Friday, June 3 at 11:00 AM. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the March of Dimes.
