Arnold Henry Remtema Sr. age 98, of Kentwood, went to be with his Lord on Monday, July 1, 2019. He was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Jane Kuipers; grandson, Nathaniel James Clark. He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Arnold Jr. and Dawn Remtema, Daniel and Ruth Remtema, Barbara and Jay Harris, Cynthia and Richard Rockwood; grandchildren, Brenda, Julie, Jeff, Denise, Michelle, Todd, Jason, Chris, Greg, Kevin; 11 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 3 pm Saturday, July 6 at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4646 Kalamazoo Ave. SE, Kentwood, with Rev. Jack Klunder officiating.  Interment Garfield Park Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Saturday from 2-3 pm at the funeral home prior to the service.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Trans World Radio.
