Armando Lopez

Armando M. Lopez,  age 53, of Grand Rapids, passed away  on Friday, October 11, 2019. Mando was an avid fisherman and loved his family.  He will be lovingly remembered by his children: Armando (Katrina), Jacobi, Gabriel Lopez, Shamiel Sanders, Aundrea (Jordan) Dennis, Angela (Ronel) Race; mother, Emma Lopez; 11 grandchildren; special friend, Jackee Smith; brothers and sisters: Luz (Casper), Angelo, Mario, Alma (Sam) Elia, Pricilla, Daniel, Angel, Melinda (Randy); many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his daughter, Erika Lopez-Fisher; father, Augustin Lopez Sr.; brother, Augustin Lopez Jr. Relatives and friends may meet the family Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. and Thursday one hour prior to the service at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.  The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff of Kindred Hospice for their loving care of Armando.
