Arlene   Strobridge

Strobridge, Arlene Arlene Strobridge, age 86, of Wyoming, passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2013.  She enjoyed playing bridge with her friends and achieved her “Life Master Status”. Arlene loved to attend Bible study at the Church of the Open Door and she also enjoyed spending time gardening, baking and caring for her family.  Arlene was preceded in death by her husband, Bill of 56 years.  She will be lovingly remembered by her children:  David Strobridge, Bill and Karen Strobridge, Sue and Joe Charron, Sally Jean and John Boy Messer, Ben Strobridge, Sandra Strobridge; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, Glenn and Maria Smith; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law:  Roger and Mary Strobridge, Shirley and George Janose; many nieces and nephews.  Memorial services will be held on Saturday, Dec. 28 at 11 am at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Pastor Dennis Gilbert officiating.   Relatives and friends may meet the family Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the funeral home.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Church of the Open Door or Faith Hospice.
