Annette Joyce Pastoor, age 93, of Grand Rapids, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, July 1, 2026. She was a graduate of the University of Michigan. After receiving her degree, Annette spent 30 years working at the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor. Shortly after retirement, Annette moved back to Grand Rapids. During this time, Annette filled her life with family, faith, and fellowship. She will be lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, and their children; Elizabeth and Gary Spears; Bill and Jackie Jansens, Bill and Sue Pastoor; and her sister-in-law, Ruth Pastoor. She was preceded in death by her parents, William C. and Dorothy Pastoor; her brother, William Stanley Pastoor, her brother Charles Pastoor, and her sister Charlynne Jansens. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at Grace Church on Buckley, 100 Buckley St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. Relatives and family may meet with the family on Wednesday, July 8 at 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Grace Church on Buckley.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Grace Christian Reformed Church.
