Remembering Annetta J. Marcusse

Annetta Marcusse, age 88, of Wyoming, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, November 8, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry; brother, Herman Zuiderveen; and sister, Betty Scholten. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Barb and Gordon Fletcher, Bruce Marcusse, Diane and Wesley Boss, Randy and Renee Marcusse, Jon and Lori Marcusse; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; brother, Henry and Verla Zuiderveen; and several nieces and nephews. Private family services will be held at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW, with Rev. Roger Groenboom officiating. The burial will take place at Kent Memorial Gardens. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Faith Community Christian Reformed Church.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Annetta and Diane at Cambridge, where my mother, Rose Mary, is also a resident. We enjoyed singing old hymns together. We even enjoyed singing Pistol Packin Mama, one of Annetta’s favorites! 😁. Annetta was a dear soul who loved the Lord. May the family feel the peace and comfort which only He can provide during the days and weeks ahead. ❤️
