Anna “Ann” DeYoung

Anna “Ann” DeYoung, age 92, was peacefully called home to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, February 8, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Nelson; daughter-in-law, Sherri DeYoung; parents, Harry and Bertha Heuker. Ann was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother who treasured her family. Many wonderful memories were made on family camping trips. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Jim and Barb DeYoung, Roger and Sally DeYoung, Ron and Pat DeYoung, Gordon and Kathi Jo DeYoung, Larry and Lori DeYoung, Beverly and Tom Van Dyken; 38 grandchildren; 42 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; sisters, Stena Schepers, Susie Rittenger, Alberta and Ken Agema; brother, Herm Heuker; sister-in-law, Ida DeYoung; many nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 11 at 1:00 pm at Bethany United Reformed Church, 5401 Byron Center Ave. SW, Wyoming,  with Rev. Casey Freswick officiating.  Interment Floral View Memorial Gardens.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Saturday from 12-1 pm prior to the service at the church. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to CRC Conference Grounds.
