I worked with Andy at Walter Hagen Sporting Goods back in the early 1980, He always had a big smile, and was such a good friend to everyone around him. After Walter Hagen closed I got a job at GRPS and Andy went to Westdale. We didn’t see each other again until Old Kent Park opened, and my husband and I were seated next to who else? Andy and Al Siciliano. What a sweet man! It was so good to see him again. We talked through the whole game, only to find out that my husband knew Al, because he worked with my father-in-law for the City Water Department. It was so nice spending time with the two of them. Every time I would see Andy after that he was always so kind and loving. I will miss Andy, and I pray that God will comfort and strengthen his family and friends as they remember this remarkable man.

My condolences to the family. I worked with Andy many years ago at Walter Hagen. We used to play cards at lunch with a couple other guys. He was a great guy, willing to do anything for you. I still have something he made me on my keychain after all these years.

Dear Sherry, Andy, Kecia, and Kelly: I am so sorry. The VanPelt Family has so many great memories of all of you going all the back to when we moved onto Edgeview and driving down the streat to our new home we saw the Siciliano kids running after our car. Lots of great childhood memories, Adventures in The Pines, Buck Creek, Snow sliding down Fennema's Hill, even packing into that cute little Ford Mustang to go to Catachsm. As I said... so many great memories, but one of the things I will always remember about your dad was his winderful smile and laughter. Keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers.
