Andrea Nicole Peterson, aged 29 of Grand Rapids, passed into the arms of Jesus on Friday, September 22, 2017. She will be dearly missed by her parents, Tim (Theresa) Peterson, Jane (Dave) Johnson; sisters, Kelsey Peterson, Amanda Louise Peterson, Julie Toddy; brothers, Matthew James Peterson, Russell Fye, Nicholas Burgess, Rory Burgess, Travis Fye, Joshua Johnson; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Andrea was a warm, loving, caring person who loved people, the elderly, and especially her nieces and nephews. She worked in nursing homes helping the elderly and loved spending time with her family. She was an outgoing, gregarious, courageous woman who struggled with diabetes and many other medical issues. A memorial service for Andrea will be held on Thursday at 11:00 am at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming, with Pastor Dennis Gilbert officiating. Family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Thursday from 9-11 am prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, please consider the needs of the family.

My Daughter Andrea This is a whopper, I was hoping for you to care for me someday when I was old and gray, You had some many plans aspirations and dreams to fulfill and yet God's plans were different than ours. Your caring and kind soul will be missed greatly. I love you and miss you. Thank you for being such a loving Daughter any father would be proud to raised. My sister I can't seem to realize your gone. Everytime I fall asleep and wake up its like I'm being told all over again. I'll forever miss you. You were so full of life regardless of your ailments and you loved with your whole being. The world won't be same without you. I remember when we were little you, Kelsey and I would dream of being pop singers, our name double AK, lol I'll always remember the bond we shared . I wish I could sit with you Just for a while, one more time... I love you Andrea. Save me a spot at the pearly gates love , until we meet again...

I grew up one street over from Andrea, on Illinois Ave. Even at a young age Andrea was such a caring and loving person. I have so many memories of us playing in the back yard. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
