RUSSELL - Mrs. Alida Russell aged 71 passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Russell; father, Edward Visser; mother, Alida Visser; step-mother, Margaret Visser; brother, Marc Visser. Surviving are her children, Tami (Heath) Lewis, Ron (Jodi) Russell, Ray (Edonna) Russell; grandchildren, Heath, Paige and Lexus Lewis, Raymond Jr., Douglas, Kaila, Blake and Blaine Russell; great grandchildren, Jazper Lewis, Alexander Carpenter, Aralynn Russell, Ayden VerBurg, Isabella Carpenter; brothers, Edward (Deb) Visser Jr., Mike Visser, Tom Visser, Willie (Nicole) Visser; numerous nieces and nephews. Alida will be remembered by many loving friends and family. A memorial service will be held 1:00PM Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at the Stegenga Funeral Chapel - Wyoming, 3131 S. Division Ave. Her family will greet relatives and friends Wednesday, from 11:00AM until 1:00PM prior to the service at the funeral chapel.
