Aimee was my friend. Actually she was part of my family. Her family is my family and my family is hers. She was an exceptional person. She was an exceptional wife mother friend and sister. She gave more to others than she ever expected back in return. She was an amazing nurse and she was born to be one. She was so smart, one of the smartest people I’ve ever met. She was kind and loyal and compassionate to everyone. She was so funny And we had so many laughs together. The kinds of laughs that your stomach hurt and your eyes are full of tears and you couldn’t get control of yourself. She was a good Christian woman and she had no trouble expressing her faith to others. She was the voice of reason and I can’t tell you how many times but she In a non-judgment voice asked me “Do you think that was a good idea?” She was a teacher to her kids, especially when it came to cooking. She took a lot of pride that she taught them how to cook and how good they were at it. She loved her family time, around the pool, games at the table, going out to eat, it didn’t matter where, she was so proud of her family. She was beautiful inside and out, she was always smiling. When someone told her how young She looked for her age, She loved it. One time we were out together and someone thought I was her mother, she laughed so hard and gave me such a hard time. I didn’t laugh as hard as she did. But she sure thought that was funny. For the last four years, her, Tuan and me were almost inseparable. We were a throuple, As Aimee called us. Tuan was a victim in this throuple because we always ganged up on him. We were a good team, and highly motivated to shake him up. She loved being a mother and was so proud of her kids. Rest in peace my friend, if you’re a bird I’m a bird.

I worked with Aimee on 5 South a few years back and also while caring for patients at the BAM covid clinic. Whenever I had the privilege of working with Aimee, I knew we'd have a great shift. She was an amazing coworker, loved her team and was a phenomenal nurse. We would often share stories about our families during our shifts together. We would swap travel stories and of course talk about our kids. She adored her children and all their accomplishments. She was one proud mama. Her laugh and smile will be forever missed and always remembered. My heart goes out to your family. You are in my thoughts.

I worked for a time with Aimee on 5 south and she was my work buddy. We would go to Qdoba ever Sunday that we worked together. She was such a dear person and loved her patients and co-workers. I loved the passion she had for nursing and educating newer nurses. She loved the Lord and loved her family. She often spoke about Tuan and her kids. She had a wicked sense of humor and I will miss her. Praying for God’s comfort for her family.
