Aaron James VanderHeuvel

July 24th 1991 - March 15, 2020

Aaron James VanderHeuvel, age 28, of Byron Center, passed away on March 15th, 2020. Aaron is survivied by his loving and dedicated parents, Wink VanderHeuvel, his father and Jayne VanderHeuvel, his mother, sister Laura VanderHeuvel (Carlos Martinez), brother Nick VanderHeuvel (Joy), as well as his niece Maddie VanderHeuvel, and nephews, Mason and Graham VanderHeuvel, and many more relatives and friends.

Aaron graduated from Byron Center High School in 2010 and went on to continue his passions in the area of fitness and health. Aaron will be most remembered for his dedication and support he showed for his niece Maddie, and nephews Mason and Graham. He was a loving and doting son, a committed and kind brother, and a gentle and devoted friend. Aaron will be greatly missed and remembered by all who knew him as overall warm, genuine, and kindhearted. Although his time here was shortened, his impact will remain and his laugh and specifically his smile, never forgotten. He is now at peace in mind and spirit.

Aaron’s family would like to express the need for anyone who is experiencing addiction or having difficulties, to please reach out to someone, call an addiction hotline or seek professional guidance. Those who wish may make memorial contributions in Aaron’s honor to the Mott’s Children’s Hospital, located in Ann Arbor, MI.

A future Celebration of Life gathering in Aaron’s honor will be held at a later date, to be determined.
