Wilma Vander Woude

Wilma K. Vander Woude, age 86, of Jenison, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 12, 2019.   Wilma was employed at Sunset Manor for 40 years.   She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Edwin; sister and brother-in-law, Bette and Ivan Dornbush; sister-in-law and brothers-in-law, Martha and Gary Tibboel, and Stewart Vander Woude.  Wilma was a loving mother and grandmother who will be sadly missed by her children, Dale and Mari Vander Woude, Doug and Amy Vander Woude, Dawn and Chuck Brower; 13 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; brother, Albert and Mary Mulder; sister-in-law, Carrie Vander Woude; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 16, 2019, 10 am at Baldwin St. Christian Reformed Church, 2101 Baldwin St., Jenison, with Rev. Don Van Slyke officiating.  Interment Fort Custer National Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Sunday from 2-5 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation, 733 Third Ave, Suite 510, New York, NY 10017.
