Lila Mae Kornoely

Lila Mae Kornoely, age 95, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2026.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Deward; her son, Gary Kornoely; daughter, Patricia Knight.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Diane Moore, Greg and Sue Kornoely, Sue Kornoely; 10 grandchildren, Bob, Keri and Josh, Matthew and Jen, Kelly and Matt, Todd and Michelle, Nicole and Matt, Roxanne and KJ, Amber, Jason and Ashlee, Brandon and Shannah; 26 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; brother, Maurice Olson; sister, Lillie Durgan; many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 11 am Tuesday, May 26 at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4646 Kalamazoo Ave. SE, Kentwood. Burial will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday from 10 to 11 am at the funeral home prior to the service.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
