William Todd Jenkins

William Todd Jenkins, age 63, of Kentwood, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2022. Bill served in the U.S. Navy. Bill loved sports and was an avid fan of the Detroit Lions, Tigers and the U of M football and basketball teams. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 29 years, Betsy; siblings: Diane and Jim Schultz, Judy and Dan Myszak, Brenda and Bob Talsma, Steve and Denise Jenkins; brother-in-law, Dave Wyskochil; mother-in-law, Mary Race; sister-in-law, Amy and Andy Russell; many nieces and nephews; loving canine companion, Murphy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Larry and Mary Jenkins; siblings: Larry Jr., Danny, and Peter Jenkins, Deb Wyskochil; father-in-law, Dennis Race Sr.; brother-in-law, Dennis Race Jr. A Memorial Mass will be held 11 a.m. on Friday, December 16, 2022 at St. John Vianney Church, 4101 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming, with Rev. John Vallier presiding. Burial will take place at Resurrection Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Friday from 10-11 a.m. at the church. The family wishes to express their gratitude to John and Matt Borgman and the Borgman Work Family, Kurt and Randy Bouma of Arctel Corporation and Sara Bremer, for all of their support and love during this difficult time. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Humane Society of West Michigan or Santa Claus Girls.
