
Wendy Johnston, age 56, of Livonia and West Michigan, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 7, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Wendy was defined by love, grace, resilience, humor, and kindness. She found joy in the small things and had a deep love for animals, earning her the nickname “Snow White.” She had a rare ability to make people feel seen and to find light even when things were heavy. She will be remembered for her generous heart and infectious smile that could light up any room.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Marilyn Johnston, and her nephew, Matthew Maples.
Wendy is lovingly remembered by her children, Makenna and Sydney Pitchford; her siblings, Jay Johnston, Sandy Lim, and Leslie Johnston-Kuczewski; her fiancé, Bob Quint; and her extended family and friends.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Brain Tumor Association.
