Wendy Grunewald

Heaven gained an angel on Saturday, March 10, 2018, when Wendy Grunewald, age 62, of Hudsonville passed away. She was a foster parent for several years and a stay-at-home mom. Wendy was preceded in death by her parents, Vern Ruhlman and Betty “Honey” Wadaga; stepfather, Andrew “Sonny” Wadaga; brother, Kelly Ruhlman; and cousin/sister, Jody Berens. She will lovingly remembered by her children, Taryn “T” Grunewald, Eric Grunewald and Amanda Deminck, Ryan Grunewald; grandchildren, Jacob and Ingrid Grunewald, Reece Grunewald and Paige Weston; father of the children, Steve Grunewald; and several family members and friends. A memorial visitation will be held 5:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, March 16, 2018, at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Drive SW. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the National MS Society and Hospice of Holland.
