Wendy April Shrontz

​Wendy April Shrontz, age 56, of Kentwood, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 4, 2021. She loved gardening, garage sales, being by the pool, and Christmas. Most of all, Wendy loved spending time with (or shopping for) her family. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Brian Shrontz; children: Ashley (fiancé, Duan Swagerty) VandenToorn, Branden (Leigha) VandenToorn; grandchildren: Amayah Swagerty, Ava Meyers; sister and brother: Stacy (Wayne) Pratt-Mills, Jeff (Anna) Pratt; many nieces and nephews; loving dog, Elvi. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lee Pratt and Jill Anway. According to her wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 11th from 5-9 pm at The Crossing Apartments clubhouse, 1414 Eastport Drive SE, Grand Rapids.
