Wayne DeGlopper

Wayne DeGlopper, age 83, of Wyoming, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Tuesday, December 1, 2020. Wayne was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his sister and brothers, Dorothy Mae and Bob Eikhoff, Warren DeGlopper, and Jim DeGlopper; and sister-in-law; Joan Bogaski. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Jeanne, of 58 years; children, Kimberly and Michael Sansoterra, Lisa and Scott Lambert, Gary and Pam DeGlopper; 9 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren and one on the way; brother and sister, Harry DeGlopper, and Joyce Ann Blehm; brothers and sisters-in-law, Tom Bogaski, Jack and Mary VandenBerg, and Patti Mull; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 11 am Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Grand Rapids Baptist Church, 4525 Stauffer Ave. SE, Grand Rapids, with Pastor Cody Kuehl officiating. Burial will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Relatives and friends may meet the family Saturday from 10-11 am at the church prior to the service. Those who wish, may make donations to help cover funeral expenses.
