Virginia “Ginny” L. Barton

Virginia “Ginny” Lorraine Barton, age 82, of Caledonia passed away on Saturday, June 5, 2021. She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, David Stearns. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 60 years, Roger; children, David and Mila Barton, Kevin and Cindy Barton, Robert and Maggie Barton, Linda Stearns; grandchildren, Casey and Jay Nicholson, Blake and Mirta Stearns, Alexandrea Stearns, Daniel Barton, Garrett Barton; great grandchildren, Xaeda, Nicolas, and KeAndre, Jr.; siblings, Walt and Carol Nelson, Bill and Joanie Nelson, Fred and Cindy Nelson, Sherri and Mike Glover; extended family and friends. Ginny was an RN for 52 years and worked all over the State of Michigan until she was 73. She enjoyed dancing, boating, traveling, going to the casino and being with her family. Memorial services will be held 12:30 pm Thursday, June 10, 2021 with visitation from 11:00 am until the time of the service at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 616 E. Main St. SE, Caledonia, with Rev. Dennis Gilbert officiating.
