Tyler James VanderWest

Tyler VanderWest, age 18, of Grandville, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 27, 2016 and is now with his Lord and Savior. He will be lovingly remembered by his parents Jim and Wendy VanderWest; brothers Sam, and Zac VanderWest; girlfriend Mackenzie Brower; grandparents Mel and Connie VanderWest; Mike and Mary Meines; uncle Jason VanderWest; uncle and aunt Brian and Karen Meines; cousins Cole VanderWest, Caden, Allia, Ethan, Chloe Meines; and lots of special friends. Tyler was a 2016 Grandville High School and Kent Career Technical Center graduate. Ty was an avid outdoorsman and football fan. Funeral services will be held on Thursday 4:00 pm at Resurrection Life Church (5100 Ivanrest Ave. SW, Grandville), with Pastor Daniel VanderKlok officiating.  Interment Grandville Cemetery on Friday at 10 am.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday from 1-3:45 pm at Resurrection Life Church, please enter through Door E. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make memorial contributions to The Jason Kinzler Family First Foundation.
