Tony Russo

Tony Russo, age 64, born December 4, 1961, of Wyoming, passed away on December 10, 2025.  He was known as the life of the party, always looking for a good time and able to talk and enjoy the company of anyone and everyone.  He had the “gift of gab” with a great sense of humor…..sometimes grumpy but happy at the same time.  Loving father and grandfather, his grandkids gave him great pride.  He loved camping, boating, and spending time on the river.  Most of all, he loved spending time with family and making people feel special and included.

Tony will be lovingly remembered by his children: Tricia (Ron) Oostveen, Nicole “Nicci” (Brad) Homrich, Anthony Russo; grandchildren: Saylor Russo, Stella and Cruz Homrich; siblings: Antonina (Ted) Haaksma, Theresa (Jim) Wolf, Lucille (Larry) Behrens, Pamela Spica, Geno Russo; sister-in-law, Sue Russo; many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, BreAnn; brothers: Joe Russo, Sam Russo Jr., brother-in-law and sisters-in-law: Deb Russo, Frank Spica, Beth Russo; parents, Sam and Betty Russo; and the mother of his children, Darlene “Dar” Karsten.

Relatives and friends may visit the family from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. on Monday, December 15, 2025, at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park Ave. SW, Wyoming.  A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 11 am, at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park Avenue SW, Wyoming.  Memorial contributions may be made to St. John Vianney Foundation.  If you are considering sending flowers, please have them sent to the funeral home.
