Theresa Trombley

Our precious mom and Oma, Theresa Trombley, age 93, of Grandville, was called home to her Lord and Savior on Thursday morning, June 8, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Edward, in 2021, and by an infant son. She is survived by her four children, Carol (Gene) Kerr of Fernandina, FL, Rita (Paul) Brown of Boynton Beach, FL, Theresa (Jeffrey) Van Eck of Zeeland, MI, and Paul (Ana) Trombley of Gilbert, AZ. Also surviving are ten grandchildren, Krista (Chris) Maroni, Joshua Armstrong, Jenelle (Isidro) Garden, Andrea Kingsbury, Isaac Armstrong, Keith Kingsbury, Brandon (Sherri) Trombley, Ashley (Travis) Horton, Samantha (Joshua) Walma and Nicholas Smith, as well as 13 great-grandchildren, Alexis, Gabriel, Savannah, Mia, Cecilia, Nora, Ella, Eva, Kaelyn, Raegan, Riley, Luke, Lane, and another due in November.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2023, at 11 a.m. at St. Luke University Parish, 10144 42nd Ave., Jenison, with Fr. Bill VanderWerff presiding. Burial Allendale Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service at the church. The family wishes to thank the staff of Rose Garden Assisted Living in Grandville for the loving care provided to our parents while they were residents in the community. Also, many thanks to Kathy and the staff of Faith Hospice for the support and guidance during our mother’s final days.
