Stacie Phillips

Stacie Leigh Phillips, age 72, of Allegan, passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, after a long battle with illness. She was a member of the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians and very much enjoyed the casino, even working at the Gun Lake Casino before retiring. She was a fiercely loving and devoted grandmother and mother most of all.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters: Amber and Brad Long, Kayla and Don Quiroz; grandchildren: Trevor Long, Emma Long, Bree-Ann Long, Gabby Quiroz, Grayson Quiroz; siblings: Jim, Art, Tina, Toni, Chris, Lisha; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur DeBres and Lila Genereaux; and sisters, Mildred and Carla.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.  According to her wishes, cremation has taken place.
