Shirley Jean Bruggink

Shirley Jean Bruggink, age 87, of Hudsonville, went to meet Jesus on Wednesday, November 8, 2017.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, C. John Bruggink.  She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Gayle Bruggink, John and Denise Bruggink, Tom and Sandie Bruggink, Jill and Tim Allspach, Kim and Skip Lorimer, Keri Bruggink and Stuart Chalin; 16 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held 11 am Monday, November 13, 2017 at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW, with Rev. Harvey Heneveld officiating.  Interment Blendon Township Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Sunday from 2-4 pm at the funeral home.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or World Renew.
