Sharleen Porter

Sharleen Porter, age 75, of Hudsonville, went home to be with her Lord and Savior  on Friday, December 5, 2025. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, sister-in-law, aunts, uncles, and many loving cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband of 20 years, Larry Porter; and her parents, Ray and Ida Krampe. Sharleen was a decorated school teacher of 40 years. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13, at 2 p.m. at New Hope Lutheran Church, 3232 Port Sheldon St., Hudsonville, with Pastor Adam Kosberg officiating. The burial will take place at Georgetown Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Saturday from 1-2 p.m. at the church prior to the service. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to a charity of their choosing, which would be greatly appreciated.
