Sean Everett Poll

​Sean Everett Poll, age 27, of Alto, went to be with his Lord on Wednesday, May 12, 2021, after a long, hard journey and is now finally home. He is the special son of Jamie and Cheryl Poll and will be lovingly remembered by his parents; siblings, Amber Poll and Brandon Gillikin, Jerry and Heather Poll (Sawyer), Jacob Poll; grandparents, Mary and Jerry Poll, Sr., Jane and Gary Crosby, Sr.; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and special friend and caregiver, Megan. The family wishes to thank the special people in Sean’s life who helped to make his life better and to Hospice of Michigan (Sarah and Rebecca), Dr. Hempker from Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital, Dr. Stuart and staff at Lakewood Family Healthcare. Sean loved music, movies and sharing his interests with his friends, and hanging out with his favorite stuffed animals. A private family service was held. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Anchors Program for Children at Hospice of Michigan.
